Why Don't We Drill for Our Own Oil
Maybe I am a little ignorant and unlearned, but I have a hard time understanding why we do not drill for own oil in Alaska and offshore as well. Why does some of those in power insist on keeping the United States dependent on foriegn oil? There is a mystery here and I am afraid of what the answer may be.

In addition, the standard specification of the range-topping Nemo HDi 75 manual Stop & Start 660 Enterprise has been enhanced with a new dual-function Connecting Box, which includes Bluetooth® and a USB socket. This new equipment replaces the previous solus Bluetooth® mobile phone connectivity feature on this model. The Connecting Box is also available as an option on all Nemo LX vans.
The Citroën Nemo HDi 75 EGS Stop & Start 660 LX features Citroën’s innovative Electronic Gearbox System - an advanced automated manual gearbox. This combines the fuel efficiency of a manual ’box with the driver benefit of a two pedal automatic. The EGS gearbox enables the driver to select automatic mode, or manual mode using the sequential shift facility of the central gear selector.
The Citroën Nemo HDi 75 EGS Stop & Start 660 LX provides even better fuel economy and lower emission figures than those achieved by the Euro 5 Nemo HDi vans with five-speed manual transmission. CO2emissions for the EGS model are reduced by 3.54% to just 109g/km from the manual transmission Euro 5 model’s 113g/km. Its exceptional fuel economy figures are also even better than those of the manual transmission van with 60.1mpg Urban (+7.82%), 74.3mpg Extra Urban (unchanged) and 68.9mpg Combined (+4.64%).
Scott Michael, Citroën’s Commercial Vehicle Operations Manager, commented: “At the launch of the ‘Citroën Vans - Business Class’ programme, Citroën stated that one of its key elements was the development of environmentally respectful, fuel efficient vehicles. The Citroën Nemo HDi 75 EGS Stop & Start 660 LX exemplifies this strategy. It enables hard pressed businesses to provide their drivers with the comfort and convenience of two pedal driving, while gaining from additional fuel efficiency and emissions benefits. And, amazingly, the Citroën Nemo HDi 75 EGS Stop & Start 660 LX is only £400 more expensive than the equivalent manual transmission model.”

Live the Message
What leaps out at me from today's excerpt from "My Utmost for His Highest" is that believers should live the message of Christ. Believe it or not that is what I taught in bible study last night. Coincidence? No, I believe God is reminding me that if we are going to be a light in this world of darkness we have to life the life.
