Abandoned vans

It seems that there is getting to be a quite a problem with abandoned vans and cars in some cities in the United Kingdom. With some cities reporting numbers of vehicles abandoned on the streets in excess of 400. Vehicle owners who have vans or cars that are reaching the end of their life should visit a local scrap yard and at least get an assessment of what their vehicle is worth before it is totally worn out. By doing this they may save a little money, or perhaps get a little money out of their old vehicle.
