Not all van news is happy news, Cyclists need to exercise caution when sharing the road with motor vehicles. On the other hand, motor vehicle operators should be on the lookout for those on two wheels. This accident may have been unavoidable, placing no blame, just saying we can not be too careful when out on the road.
